ATSA Code of Conduct

ATSA and it’s members have agreed to conduct their businesses within a strong framework of our Code of Conduct under the following elements.

These Codes do not override and/or substitute conditions contained within individual Government contracts entered into by ATSA members. In the event of any inconsistency between this Code and any applicable Government contracts or legislation, the contract and/or legislation will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

The Code be reviewed regularly with input from external organisations to ensure its effectiveness.

Code of Practice

ATSA implements a self regulating Code of Practice that ensures consistent provision of equipment and services to consumers with disability and older people, and that safeguards the interests of all stakeholders.

Gift Policy & Statement of Ethics

ATSA and its members are committed to the highest standard of product quality and business integrity in their dealings with customers, allied health practitioners and other stakeholders.

Commisions & Rebates

ATSA upholds the values that AT suppliers, allied health practitioners and funding package managers should be open and transparent when entering into commission or rebate arrangements for the sale or supply of goods and services.

Privacy Policy

ATSA maintains a strict privacy policy to ensure that members and their confidential information is respected.
