- Politely express support for ATSA’s request to meet with the Minister.

Suggested talking points:
- I am calling as a member of Assistive Technology Suppliers Australia.
- ATSA has been seeking a meeting with Minister Rae to discuss serious concerns with the proposed National Assistive Technology Loans Scheme.
- Our industry does not believe this scheme will deliver good outcomes for older Australians, suppliers or government, and that better alternatives exist.
- ATSA has been working constructively with the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing and would welcome the opportunity to brief the Minister directly.
- I encourage the Minister’s office to prioritise a meeting with ATSA so this important issue can be discussed in detail.
