Download the Lead scanner app to capture contact details of attendees who visit your stand

Details of how you can download the Attendee Data Capture App to your mobile device are below.

All attendees who registered to attend the expo will have a unique QR code which was either sent to their email and can access on their phone or printed registration ticket which they can retrieve from the registration desk.  They use the same QR code to enter the expo. Exhibitors can ask attendees if they can scan the code to collect their contact details with the lead scanner App.

*It is up to exhibitors to download the app to your mobile device free of charge using the instructions below.

To use the lead scanning App, please follow the below steps:

1. Download The Event App by EventsAIR. Please note, this app can only be used on Android and iOS phones.

The same login details can be used on multiple devices. Please share these login details with all staff using the app on your stand.

4. Open Scan Leads in the app.

Hold the camera over the QR code fitting in the square on your screen. Press submit to save your scanned lead.

Go back and click on the View Leads icon. You can view all the leads you have collected here.

Please note that contact details can not be viewed in the app – contact details are downloaded from the portal as a spreadsheet post event.  The main contact who has access to the portal is the only person who can download the spreadsheet.

More Functions:

Your app is connected to your exhibitor portal.

In the portal, you should now see a new tab “Leads”. Under current leads you can see all you scanned leads and export them post event.

Optional
Under setup, you can create questions that you would like to ask the delegate/visitor when scanning their QR code.

A thank you email can be configured to be automatically sent to all contacts that were scanned. This email can include an attachment which might be a product brochure or link to your website.

In addition to a thank you email you can also send custom questions to the client as a survey they can respond to.
