ATSA Independent Living Expo is coming to Adelaide

Assistive Technology Suppliers Association (ATSA) is excited to announce the launch of its first Independent Living Expo in Adelaide, South Australia.

The two-day event, for the industry, by the industry, will be held at the Adelaide Showground on Wednesday 6 – Thursday 7 March 2024.

David Sinclair, ATSA’s executive officer says, “Requests for ATSA to offer an event in South Australia have been constant, the Adelaide event joins the already very successful events held in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Canberra. The ATSA Board and staff are all very excited to be launching this event. All ATSA expos provide an opportunity for people to explore, test and learn about Assistive Technologies that will assist them live more independent lives. With growing attendance from South Australia at the Melbourne event it was an easy decision to launch a new event for the assistive technologies and services.’’

The launch of the ATSA Independent Living Expo in Adelaide provides the opportunity for those in South Australia to experience the best of what is available in AT alongside quality education.

 “Suppliers are excited and LINK as the official media partner looks forward to supporting & promoting the Adelaide show to our readers,” says Simon Cooper, Interpoint Events Managing Director and publisher of Link Disability Magazine.

The exhibition space allows for more than 80 exhibitors, and it is anticipated visitor attendance will exceed 2,000 allied health professionals, end users, carers, family members and seniors.

For more than 20 years the ATSA Independent Living Expo has been Australia’s foremost exhibition for assistive technology, rehabilitation and aged care equipment as exhibitors display products and services in mobility solutions, pressure care, employment support, accessible recreation, holiday ideas, modified motor vehicles and more.

The expo will include a series of educational seminars which will be free to attend. 

Stands will be available to ATSA members in coming days and there will be a general release two weeks later.
